Several parameters such as spermatic concentration, motility and morphology are evaluated. To achieve accurate results, certain conditions must be guaranteed.<\/p>\n

Should one of these parameters is altered, a full medical evaluation of the patient must be carried out to establish the primary cause, and an assisted fertilization technique should be used to help the sperm fertilize the egg.<\/p>\n

Sperm Capacitation, as a diagnostic test, is indicated in cases in which the sperm motility is diminished (Astenozoospermia).
